Charlotte Kim

¡Hola! My name is Charlotte Kim and I am excited to be teaching Grade 1 Spanish bilingual again this year at Coalbanks! I grew up in Calgary where I completed the Spanish bilingual program as a student from Grade one to Grade twelve. I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Modern Languages (Spanish/French) and a Bachelor of Education. I also spent a semester abroad in Ecuador to continue my Spanish language learning.
Outside of teaching I coach youth climbing and enjoy dancing, reading, baking, camping, and spending time with my husband Brian and our dog Dexter. I am thrilled to be teaching in the Spanish program again this year and look forward to building relationships with my students and families alike! ¡Bienvenido a la clase de Sra. Kim!
